We accept all major credit cards through our Paypal.
All orders are subject to Acceptance & Availability and we reserve the right to decline any order.
All stock offered for sale is Brand New & Unworn.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling. There is a drop down box where you can change to EUR or USD which will give you guidance of cost in the chosen currency then at checkout the price will revert back to GBP. Pink Sass is not responsible for any exchange rate your credit card company charge you.
Once you have purchased an email will be sent to you acknowledging the order.
We reserve the right not to accept an order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
If an order has not been received in the chosen delivery time we must be informed within 2 working days of when the parcel was due to be delivered to you. Our parcel companies reserve the right of none delivery claims in a timely period.
Deliveries will be dispatched same day for all orders placed up to 3.00pm Monday to Friday & will be sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
Although we offer a next day delivery service to most areas of the UK mainland some remote areas may take 48hrs and we can’t completely GUARANTEE next day delivery as occasionally there may be unforeseen problems which may be out of our control.
Pink Sass is responsible for Insuring your purchase until it is signed for by you or delivered to your address at which point it becomes the ownership of you and not covered by any insurance.
We cannot refund a lost parcel until it has been fully investigated by the specific carrier who will try to locate it. Once it has been fully investigated and if not found you will receive a full refund. If it is found and you would still like to receive it we will refund the postage only.
Pink Sass can not be held responsible for any taxes or custom charges incurred on any shipment outside of the EU and should you refuse a delivery without paying customs charges and the item has to be returned to us, the cost of return and the outward delivery costs will be deducted from your refund. If the item has to be disposed of you will not receive a refund.
International orders can only be sent to the cardholders address.
Any item on the website excluding sale items can be returned for a refund.
You are entitled to a refund on any full priced item or an exchange on sale items purchased online as long as it is in a resalable condition with labels & tags attached and has not been worn or marked with make up, deodorant or fake tan etc or has any odour.
If you feel that there is something wrong with your order or if it simply is not for you please contact us at sales@pinksass.com to confirm a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt. You must keep the outer and inner packaging that your order was delivered in so we can investigate, if you do not inform us upon receipt we may be unable to help you or may be unable to accept your claim.
Returns must be sent within 14 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
Every Pink Sass item is thoroughly quality checked before it leaves our premises so you will never receive an item with make up, fake tan, deodorant marks etc. All stock that leaves our premises is brand new with labels attached and will go through two quality checks to ensure that they are in pristine condition.
Pink Sass therefore reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for garments that we suspect has been worn and has any perfume odours, deodorant stains, makeup stains, fake tan and any other odours. The item will be returned to you or disposed of.
Please therefore be very careful when trying on your items as jewellery, long nails, perfume, make up, fake tan and deodorant etc will result in the goods being non returnable.
Refunds will only be issued if the item is brand new with tags and labels and returned in the original inner and outer packaging that you received it in.
If you choose to return any items you will need to pay return postage and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Certain products are non returnable for hygiene reasons which is clearly marked in the item description.
If returning an item from a Non EU Country please ensure you clearly mark your package “Returns” otherwise we may be charged duty into the UK which will be deducted from your refund should we pay these charges – if customs duty not paid the items will be returned back to you by the service provider you used
Once the item has been unpacked & approved, refunds will usually be made within 48hrs of receiving the item back and we will email you to let you know your refund has been processed. After you have received your email please allow another 2-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you are with and we have no control over it. You will receive an email to inform you your package has been returned to us and you will get email confirmation of refund.
International Orders – We are not responsible for Customs Charges & Local Taxes in your country of residence – these charges are your responsibility and should you choose to refuse a delivery for whatever reason, the costs for returning the parcel will be deducted from your refund as you have breached our terms and conditions for purchase. It is your responsibility to return any unwanted parcel in the appropriate manner. Refusing a parcel because of customs charges will incur a cost to return to the UK which is your responsibility. By dispatching as per your order we have fulfilled our contract to you and refusal of parcels will incur a charge to return to the UK which will be passed onto you and deducted from your refund. Should you place separate orders we may choose to send in one parcel but postage charges will not be refunded as weight of parcel will increase due to volumetric weight
Exchanges – With UK orders we will exchange your order free of charge. International exchanges will be charged the return postage.
Please note our descriptions are accurate but colours may vary very slightly due to lighting of photography, but we describe as accurately as possible to help you.
Your Confidentiality is of utmost importance to us and we will never make your details available to any third party.
